We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Director of Product Marketing Strategy to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our diverse range of B2B SaaS products. In this crucial position, you will take charge of developing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with our business objectives. You will also lead a talented team of product marketers to craft compelling messaging that captures our audience.

As the architect of our global product marketing strategy, you will manage complex product lines while balancing long-cycle enterprise GTM initiatives with digital-led growth approaches. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure seamless product launches. Your expertise in understanding customer needs and personas will directly influence our content strategy and drive revenue through effective sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience leading a B2B product marketing group, specifically with intricate product portfolios. You should possess strong knowledge of GTM strategies, pricing, market research, and sales enablement, along with a proven track record of managing teams on a global scale. We value a hands-on, pragmatic leader who encourages a culture of engagement and continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required, while an MBA is preferred.
