The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses brand vision, customer acquisition, digital and local store marketing, loyalty, and communications. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading all marketing operations for the rapidly growing restaurant business, with a focus on driving brand awareness, market positioning, and customer loyalty.

This executive will be responsible for ensuring consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints, leading menu launch strategies, and overseeing public relations and brand partnerships. A key aspect of the role is to build and optimize marketing programs that deliver measurable business results, both at the corporate and franchise levels. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 12 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a multi-unit restaurant, retail, hospitality, or consumer brand setting.

The role requires a strategic leader with a strong understanding of restaurant operations, consumer behavior, and guest acquisition, as well as proven experience in loyalty programs, CRM, digital ordering, and customer lifecycle marketing.
