Responsibilities will include

- Shooting, editing and producing short-form video content.
- Creating visual assets in line with individual brand guidelines.
- Writing and testing engaging social copy and captions.
- Monitoring online communities and engaging with audiences.

- Keeping on top of emerging trends, memes, sounds and platform developments.
- Tracking content and campaign performance against agreed KPIs.
- Using performance insights to continuously improve content and messaging.
- Working alongside creative and paid media teams to optimise campaign performance.
- Contributing ideas to creative brainstorms and campaign planning sessions.
- Testing new tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve creativity and efficiency.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is creative, curious and genuinely passionate about social media.
You’ll ideally bring
- Previous experience in a hands-on social media or content-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Confidence creating and editing short-form video content.
- A strong understanding of what makes content feel native to each platform.
- Ability to adapt tone of voice and creative style across different brands and audiences.
- Experience using social scheduling and publishing tools.
- An understanding of social analytics and how performance data can inform future content.
- A natural ability to spot emerging social trends and translate them into relevant brand opportunities.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive, self-directed approach and willingness to experiment with new ideas and tools.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career within a creative, collaborative agency environment, working across a diverse range of brands and campaigns.
You’ll have plenty of opportunity to contribute ideas, experiment with emerging social formats and tools, and take genuine ownership of the content you produce.
