You'll play a key role in building events that spark curiosity, deepen trust, and fuel our demand engine. From webinars and workshops to field activations and sponsored conferences, you'll partner closely with teams across Demand Gen, Content, Design, Partnerships, and Sales.
This role includes 15%+ travel for field events, conferences, and onsite support.

Event planning & coordination
- You'll support the planning and coordination of Customer.io's global events calendar — from virtual sessions and webinars to field events and industry conferences.
- You'll partner with the Senior Demand Gen Manager and broader marketing team to define goals, audiences, formats, and success metrics.
- You'll help evaluate sponsorships, speaking slots, event formats, and new opportunities that align with our demand goals.
- You'll work closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure every event feels cohesive and aligned with our campaigns and messaging.
Audience growth & promotion
- You'll execute multi‑channel promotional plans across email, social, paid, and partner channels.
- You'll build and optimize landing pages, forms, and registration workflows.
- You'll collaborate with RevOps and Lifecycle teams to ensure lead capture, routing, and follow‑up happen correctly and quickly.
- You'll manage attendee communication throughout the event lifecycle.
