We are seeking an accomplished Director of Sales Strategy to lead the development and execution of innovative sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for executing sales initiatives to achieve overall business objectives and fostering a high-performance sales culture

In This Role, You Will

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that align with company goals to increase bookings and ARR; including new logo acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell
  • Facilitate the design and refinement of sales motions, methodologies, and tools to optimize sales performance
  • Drive the adoption of data-driven decision by setting achievable and stretch goals, as well as measure and report on results toward goals
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to craft and drive short-term and long-term sales tactics to improve sales performance
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure end to end go-to-market strategies are executed in a cross functional manner
  • Identify opportunities for new revenue streams and strategic partnerships and lead teams
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure success of strategies developed and employed
  • Present strategic insights and performance reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Here's What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in sales strategy or sales management in technology, preferably SaaS businesses
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that deliver measurable results
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, ARR, GRR, NRR, CAC/LTV
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in sales motions, CRM tools, and data interpretation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
