Remote with onsite approx. every other month in Ft. Wayne, IN

We are seeking someone with Industrial/B2B sales/marketing experience

Industry Experience: Sealing or distribution industry

Position Overview

The Director of Sales & Marketing will lead the strategic direction and execution of all sales and marketing initiatives within the organization. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and enhancing customer relationships in the sealing and distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Identify new market opportunities and lead market research initiatives to inform decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the sealing and distribution industry.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with product development and operations teams to align product offerings with market needs.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in industrial marketing and B2B sales, preferably within the sealing or distribution industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with sales performance metrics and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
