Growth Marketing Manager (In-App / Messaging)

The company is seeking a temporary Digital Channel Marketing Manager to join the Business Messaging Marketing team. This role is essential to ensure seamless continuity of digital and in-product marketing programs for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), with a focus on Client’s app’s Business products.
You will be responsible for executing ongoing digital and in-app marketing campaigns, partnering cross-functionally, and supporting key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Development
- Lead the development and execution of Client’s app’s in-app communications across owned and operated digital channels.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and product engagement using lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Build and manage an audience-first creative and communications calendar aligned with product adoption goals.
Campaign Execution & Creative Production
- Partner with Product, Content, Creative, Data Science, and Engineering teams to deliver comprehensive and measurable campaigns.
- Drive product adoption through clear calls-to-action (CTAs) and deep links that guide users to in-app features and experiences.
- Lead a working team of technical program managers, engineers, and creative partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
Measurement & Optimization
- Collaborate with Data Science to analyze web analytics, channel engagement, and product usage data.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments, proactively develop solutions, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of mobile app development and experience collaborating with technical teams.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated success delivering creative, strategic, and execution-focused marketing campaigns.
- Experience developing customer-centric solutions for small business marketing challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in content strategy.
- Experience managing vendors and agency partners.
- Advanced knowledge of digital campaign creation, experimentation, and optimization.
- Experience navigating global localization challenges and building solutions for diverse audiences.
