Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Intern Social Media Manager to oversee and execute our social media strategy, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to drive engagement across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement, including comments and messages.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize growth and engagement.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices to keep our social media presence fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with the team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
• Manage a content calendar and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, MetriCool, Meta Business Suite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and the ability to produce visually appealing content.
• Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
