About the Role
DKC Analytics is seeking a Vice President, B2B Digital Marketing to help lead and scale paid digital strategy across a top-tier client portfolio. This is a hands-on, performance-driven leadership role for someone who thrives inside ad platforms — especially LinkedIn — and understands that manual bidding, segmentation, creative iteration, and daily optimization drive meaningful business outcomes.
You will play a central role in shaping B2B demand generation strategies for enterprise clients, growth-stage startups, professional services firms, and mission-driven organizations. You’ll collaborate with analysts, creatives, PR strategists, and data scientists to build campaigns that move pipelines and don’t simply drive impressions.
This is not a passive oversight position. You will operate inside platforms, adjust bids manually, pressure-test targeting frameworks, and refine conversion paths in real time.
What You’ll Do
Lead B2B Paid Strategy
- Own paid digital strategy across LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Google, X, programmatic display, digital OOH, and affiliate channels
- Architect full-funnel B2B demand generation campaigns focused on qualified pipeline growth
- Translate PR, thought leadership, and brand initiatives into performance-driven media strategies
- Build and manage executive thought leadership campaigns, amplifying leadership voices through paid and organic distribution to drive authority, engagement, and inbound opportunity
Be a LinkedIn Ads Power User
- Execute and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Continuously adjust bids, audience segments, creative variations, and budget allocations
- Develop advanced account structures and layered targeting strategies
- Build lead gen, ABM, retargeting, and content amplification frameworks
- Monitor performance daily and make data-driven adjustments
Manage Budgets, Clients & Reporting
- Oversee both emerging and enterprise-level budgets, from test campaigns to multi-million-dollar programs
- Manage and interface directly with clients, serving as a hands-on strategic partner and day-to-day point of contact
- Deliver contextualized reporting that connects media metrics to business outcomes
- Identify scaling opportunities and efficiency improvements across accounts
Client Leadership
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior marketing and communications leaders
- Present performance insights and forward-looking recommendations
- Translate technical media strategy into clear, confident client communication
Team Development & Innovation
- Report directly to the Head of Digital Marketing
- Contribute to internal innovation around platform trends, bidding strategies, and AI-driven optimization
- Help shape new service offerings and performance benchmarks within the agency
Qualifications
- Deep experience running B2B paid media campaigns, especially on LinkedIn Ads
- Extensive hands-on experience with manual bidding strategies across platforms
- Highly analytical, comfortable working directly in-platform and inside spreadsheets
- Experienced managing budgets across multiple industries and client types
- Strong communicator — clear in writing, confident in presentations
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize across multiple active campaigns
- Energized by performance improvement and continuous optimization
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving agency environment
