Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role located in Monroe, WA. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive growth and brand awareness. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing digital and traditional advertising efforts, and collaborating with the team to ensure marketing aligns with business goals. The role also involves monitoring marketing performance metrics and optimizing strategies for effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation
• Experience in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Development, and Brand Management
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating marketing performance, including SEO and Paid Advertising campaigns
• Proficient in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools
• Outstanding Communication, Project Management, and Presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or relevant field
• Pest control industry experience or knowledge is a plus
