EOS Healthcare Marketing is a search and digital marketing agency based in Lone Tree, Colorado. We've been helping dental, veterinary, and other healthcare practices grow since 2001. We're a tight-knit team of marketers and designers, and we're looking for our next Junior Digital Analyst to join the Digital department.

This is a great fit for someone with curiosity, brains, and energy who wants to dig into search, SEO, and Google Ads. You should have at least a basic understanding of digital marketing, but more than anything, we're looking for the right person to train. Recent college graduates are welcome to apply.

How we work, and why it matters for this role

Digital marketing changes fast, and the last couple of years have changed it more than the ten before that. Google keeps changing how search results look, and more people are getting answers from AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of clicking a list of links. We think that's exciting, and we're looking for someone who things that too.

That means this role isn't about learning one set of tools and running them the same way for five years. The tools we use today will look different a year from now, and some of them haven't been built yet. We want someone who enjoys that. You'll be expected to try new tools, and help us decide what's worth keeping. AI is a part of how we work, but it doesn't replace judgment. You'll also be the person checking the output, catching mistakes, and making sure what goes out to a client is accurate.

The ideal candidate will have these traits

  • Curious and forward-thinking: You keep up with what's changing in search and marketing because you actually find it interesting, not because someone told you to. You notice when something new comes out and want to know if it could help us.
  • Comfortable with new and changing tools: You can show a history of picking up new software quickly. You don't get frustrated when a tool you just learned gets updated or replaced, and you're comfortable learning as you go.
  • Analytical: You like working with data and using it to figure out what's actually happening before deciding what to do next.
  • A good problem solver: You can weigh what the numbers say against things that are harder to measure, like a client's goals or what makes sense for their community, and work with the team to land on a plan backed by research.
  • Resourceful: When you hit a wall, you look for a way around it instead of waiting for someone to hand you the answer.
  • Humble: You're eager to learn and aren't afraid to ask senior team members questions. Nobody expects you to know everything on day one.
  • Organized: You can juggle multiple tasks and projects, you have a reputation for meeting deadlines, and you rarely drop the ball.

These skills are preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication. This role has a heavy focus on writing and editing website content for SEO, so good writing matters a lot here.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot, or a real eagerness to learn them. Knowing how to give an AI tool clear instructions and how to judge whether its answer is right is a big plus.
  • A basic understanding of what SEO, Google Ads, and social media are and why they matter to a business.
  • A basic understanding of Google Ads, or an eagerness to learn it.
  • A basic understanding of website content management systems like WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace, what they're for, and how they work.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other search metrics, or an eagerness to learn them.
  • General knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
