Requirements

• Proven experience as CMO / Head of Marketing or similar role in B2B or IT services
• Strong expertise in lead generation and demand generation
• Experience working with international markets
• Data-driven mindset and ability to make strategic decisions
• Hands-on approach with both strategy and execution
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy
• Build and optimize B2B lead generation (IT services focus)
• Own brand positioning and awareness in international markets
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis
• Launch and manage marketing channels (digital, content, outbound, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve the funnel and conversion
• Build and manage internal teams and external vendors
