As a part-time Event and Office Coordinator at Eulerity, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of client conferences and office operations. This position is designed for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and ready to engage in multiple facets of event logistics and administrative support. You will be deeply involved in the end-to-end planning, organization, and execution of events, coordinating with various departments such as marketing and accounting to manage vendor relationships, handle sponsorship deliverables, and oversee budgeting aspects. You will manage critical logistics like venue setup, catering, audio-visual equipment, and printing as well as shipment of event materials.
In addition to event support, your responsibilities will extend to traditional office management duties, which include maintaining office supplies and snacks inventory, scheduling, and facilitating effective internal communication within the team, especially in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and adaptability are key. This multifaceted role offers the opportunity to develop a broad skill set that encompasses event coordination, vendor management, budget tracking, and office administration all while working in Eulerity's Midtown NYC office. This part-time role requires a commitment of 15 to 20 hours weekly, offering a competitive hourly rate between $18 and $20.
Ideal candidates will bring some prior experience in event planning or coordination combined with exceptional organizational and communication capabilities.
