About The Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist executes multi-channel programs that grow awareness, capture demand, and move prospects through the funnel for a technology business. The role spans SEO, paid search, paid social, email, landing pages, and content distribution.
You will partner with product marketing, sales, content, and design to launch campaigns, maintain accurate audience and conversion data, and turn performance insights into measurable improvements in traffic, engagement, and pipeline.

The Digital Marketing Specialist executes multi-channel programs that grow awareness, capture demand, and move prospects through the funnel for a technology business. The role spans SEO, paid search, paid social, email, landing pages, and content distribution.
You will partner with product marketing, sales, content, and design to launch campaigns, maintain accurate audience and conversion data, and turn performance insights into measurable improvements in traffic, engagement, and pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute integrated campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email, organic search, and social channels
- Build and optimize landing pages, forms, nurture workflows, and audience segments in HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing automation platforms
- Manage SEO programs including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, internal linking, and performance tracking in Google Search Console and GA4
- Create campaign briefs, channel calendars, UTM standards, and performance reports for launches and always-on programs
- Monitor funnel metrics such as CTR, CPL, conversion rate, MQL volume, CAC, and pipeline contribution; recommend budget and channel adjustments
- Run A/B tests on ad creative, email subject lines, calls to action, landing pages, and audience targeting
- Coordinate with writers, designers, agencies, and sales operations to deliver accurate, on-brand assets on schedule
- 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C technology environment
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, Looker Studio, or equivalent tools
- Working knowledge of paid search, paid social, SEO fundamentals, email marketing, conversion tracking, and UTM governance
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to connect channel performance to qualified leads, revenue, or other business outcomes
- Clear written communication and strong project-management skills across multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: experience with Google Ads certifications, Salesforce reporting, HTML/CSS, Google Tag Manager, marketing attribution, or B2B SaaS demand generation
