We run live promotional events and brand activations across Chicago, connecting national brands with real customers in real environments. This role is built for people who want hands-on experience, visible results, and clear growth - not passive desk work.

This is an entry-level, on-site marketing role with paid training and performance-based progression.

The Experience You’ll Get

This is an entry-level role, but it’s not passive.

You’ll be on-site at events, learning how campaigns are delivered, how customers respond, and how strong communication directly impacts results. You’ll be coached in real time and given responsibility early.

What Your Days Will Include

• Working at live promotional events and brand activations
• Speaking with customers about current campaigns and offers
• Supporting event-based sales and sign-ups
• Collaborating with your team to keep events professional and engaging
• Learning how performance is measured and improved
