Are you a creative yet strategically driven marketer who loves turning ideas into results? Join our rapidly growing real estate team as we expand our market share across Central New Jersey.

We’re looking for a marketing professional who can own the strategy and execution—from compelling video content to data-driven campaigns that boost engagement and drive sales. The ideal candidate knows how to “read the room,” bring out the best in agents, and create authentic content that truly connects.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute marketing plans that increase engagement and sales
• Create platform-led content (videos, reels, stories) tailored to each channel
• Produce and edit high-quality video content from concept to completion
• Write creative, on-brand copy for social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and websites
• Plan and manage automated email campaigns to nurture leads and clients
• Oversee marketing operations, including CRM activity, automation, and launches
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and engagement
• Collaborate with leadership on blog content and creative initiatives
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, short-form storytelling, and AI tools
• Own the listing marketing process (photos, descriptions, paperwork, feedback)
• Design flyers and postcards and coordinate EDDM mailing campaigns
• Manage and update website content using Bullsai or WordPress

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience (or strong demonstrated passion)
• Self-starter who can manage workload independently
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Creative thinker with a love for compelling storytelling
• Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising
• Proficiency in CRM systems, email platforms, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and video editing tools
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Real estate experience a plus (1 year preferred)
