Brand Manager

For 95 years, we’ve been building brands that win in retail. We are looking for a Brand Manager with strong category and supplier management experience to own brand performance from concept to shelf.

This role blends strategy, data, and execution and is ideal for someone who enjoys building brands in a fast-paced, supplier-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full brand and product lifecycle
• Act as the brand “owner,” ensuring consistent positioning and execution
• Drive sales, margin, and growth through data-driven decisions
• Analyze syndicated and sales data to identify category and brand opportunities
• Partner with Strategic Sourcing on supplier selection, negotiations, and cost optimization
• Lead product development timelines and cross-functional execution
• Build strong supplier and internal relationships
• Support selling shows, trade events, and customer meetings

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in brand, category, sourcing, or supplier management
• Grocery, consumer products, or foodservice experience preferred
• Strong supplier-facing experience and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel and comfort working with syndicated data
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Self-starter who can influence without authority
• Willingness to travel, including overnight
