Salary Range: $65,000-$82,000 (depending on experience)

Our marketing team is small, efficient, and collaborative - we value clear communication, quick execution. As our company expands, we're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our email marketing and perform a wide range of hands-on marketing and administrative tasks that support overall company growth.

Role Overview

This is an execution-first role. While you'll collaborate on strategy with the Director of Marketing, your primary responsibility is to implement, build, send, organize, and manage the day-to-day work that keeps our marketing engine running. You'll run our lifecycle emails, coordinate with vendors, Support event coordinators with print and digital material and promo development, and handle the tasks the team simply don't have time for.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, resourceful, and loves being in the details.

What You'll Do

Email Marketing

You will own the full email lifecycle across parents, applicants, employees, and school partners:

  • Write, design, schedule, and send all email campaigns
  • Build and maintain nurture sequences and automations
  • Segment lists, manage deliverability, and keep data clean
  • Create monthly parent and employee content emails and newsletters
  • Run re-engagement, retention, and onboarding flows
  • Track performance and share simple, clear insights

Marketing Operations & Execution

  • Support the Marketing department by completing hands-on tasks quickly and accurately
  • Light website updates and management of the web maintenance agency
  • Create and update marketing collateral in Canva
  • Develop and manage print materials, promos, and inventory
  • Source items, place orders, track shipments, and organize materials
  • Help prepare assets for campaigns, partnerships, and center-level initiatives

Vendor & Partner Coordination

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for our paid ads agency and SEO and website management agencies
  • Keep vendors on track with deliverables
  • Provide content, copy, assets, and feedback as needed

Event & Outreach Support

  • Provide administrative support for college partnerships and recruitment outreach
  • Assist with event logistics (content, flyers, giveaways, sign-up forms, etc.)

Required

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience (healthcare or ABA is a plus)
  • Strong email marketing experience (segmentation, automation, writing)
  • Background in performance marketing or copywriting
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable juggling many moving parts
  • Clear and concise communicator
  • Self-starter who can figure things out independently, take initiative, and take feedback well
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Experience in ABA or healthcare
  • Experience with recruitment marketing
  • Canva design skills
  • Familiarity with analytics and performance reporting
