This is a high-impact leadership position for a proven marketing executive who understands how to build membership, accelerate customer acquisition, strengthen franchise performance, and deliver measurable growth across a multi-location business.

The successful candidate will bring expertise in:

• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing and growth strategies.
• Driving membership acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
• Leading digital marketing, paid media, lead generation, and CRM initiatives.
• Utilizing analytics, KPIs, and performance metrics to improve marketing ROI.
• Partnering with franchise owners to drive local marketing effectiveness and systemwide results.
• Leading marketing teams, agencies, budgets, and strategic initiatives.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Senior-level marketing leadership experience within a franchise system, with a demonstrated record of driving membership growth in a membership-based business.

Fitness and wellness franchise experience is strongly preferred.

DIRECT MEMBERSHIP EXPERIENCE WITHIN A FRANCHISE SYSTEM IS MANDATORY. CANDIDATES WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
