Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and customers
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software (preferred, but not required)
- Knowledge of vehicle registration and financing processes is a plus
Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries as soon as a deposit is received to streamline the sales process
- Create and maintain both physical and digital sales files upon receiving a deposit or purchase order
- Enter sales and vehicle documentation into Salesforce to keep records accurate and up to date
- Manage MSO’s (Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin) and conduct floor plan audits
- Track factory build dates, update changes in Salesforce, and communicate updates to Sales Executives and customers
- Contact customers one month before vehicle arrival to begin the delivery process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
- Coordinate registration, financing, pre-delivery inspection (PDI), and payments, keeping Sales Executives informed throughout the process
- Finalize paperwork with the corporate office, including registrations (retail and warranty), purchase order reconciliation, vendor payments, and other administrative duties
- Prepare and process DMV paperwork to facilitate timely vehicle registration
- Work closely with the service department and external vendors to coordinate vehicle readiness and delivery
- Provide administrative support to the sales department, including generating reports and handling ad hoc tasks
- Manage inventory updates in Salesforce, including tracking arrival dates, body vendor estimated times of arrival (ETAs), and location changes
- Answer and route incoming sales calls to the appropriate Sales Executive, ensuring prompt customer service

Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
