Chief Marketing Officer

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing efforts and support revenue growth.

Role Overview

The Chief Marketing Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth and owning the full customer lifecycle, from initial awareness through long-term retention. This role leads Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Key Accounts to ensure alignment across all customer-facing functions. The CMO is accountable for revenue performance, customer acquisition, retention, and overall customer experience, while ensuring the company is consistently and professionally represented in the market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or revenue leadership roles
• Proven experience driving revenue growth and customer acquisition
• Experience leading teams across marketing, sales, and/or customer service
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, customer experience, and go-to-market strategy
• Demonstrated ability to execute and follow through on initiatives
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and influence others

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications, broadband, or a similar industry
• Experience in a growth-stage or scaling company

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
