About Us

We are a Los Angeles–based educational consulting firm with 25 years of success and a strong reputation built entirely through referrals. As we redesign our website and invest in digital growth for the first time, we’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to build and scale our digital acquisition strategy.

This is a rare opportunity to launch something from the ground up at an established, respected firm — with real impact and ownership.

The Role

The Digital Marketing Manager will own our digital marketing efforts end-to-end, with a strong focus on paid acquisition, lead generation, and conversion optimization. You’ll be responsible for strategy, execution, tracking, and continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both thinking strategically and getting into the details.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Develop and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn; others as appropriate)
  • Partner with leadership on messaging, positioning, and target audiences
  • Own conversion tracking, analytics, and reporting (GA4, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
  • Optimize landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rates
  • Manage budgets, bids, and performance targets (CPL, CAC)
  • Test and iterate on creative, audiences, and offers
  • Coordinate with web designers or vendors as needed
  • Make data-driven recommendations and clearly communicate results

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing
  • Proven success managing paid media for lead generation
  • Experience marketing services (education, consulting, healthcare, legal, etc. is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort owning performance metrics
  • Ability to work independently and build systems from scratch
  • Clear communicator who can explain results to non-marketers

Nice to Have

  • Experience launching a company’s first paid campaigns
  • CRO or landing page optimization experience
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations and lead tracking
  • Agency background with direct account ownership

Compensation

  • Salary range: $75,000 – $85,000, depending on experience
  • Benefits and performance incentives discussed during interviews

Why This Role Is Different

  • No legacy mess to clean up
  • High trust, high visibility role
  • Real ownership and influence on growth strategy
  • Established brand with strong word-of-mouth credibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Benefits

  • Paid time off
  • Retirement plan
