We operate a growing nationwide e-commerce business selling bathroom fixtures and products through Shopify, along with a New Jersey–based bathroom renovation service focused on remodels and installations.

We’re looking for ONE hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to execute marketing across both sides of the business:

• Drive online sales nationwide
• Generate local NJ renovation leads

🚫 This is NOT a management role.

✅ You will be executing content, ads, website updates, and optimizations yourself.

🎯 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

📱 Social Media (Daily Content & Engagement)

• Create & post daily content for Instagram & Facebook
• Bathroom before/after projects (NJ)
• Product highlights & promos (nationwide)
• Posts, carousels, Reels & Stories
• Write captions, CTAs & hashtags
• Capture original in-house content (showroom + job sites)
• Schedule posts & engage with comments/messages

🛍️ Shopify Website & E-Commerc

e• Manage & update Shopify storefron

t• Optimize product pages for conversio

n• Update collections, banners, promos & landing page

s• Ensure tracking works (GA4, pixels, conversion events

)• Basic SEO for product & collection page

📈 Google Ads & Shopping Ad

s• Manage Google Search & Shopping campaigns (nationwide sales

)• Run local Google Ads for NJ renovation lead

s• Optimize budgets, bids, ROAS & CP
