Chief Marketing Officer

Job Summary

Lead the marketing strategy that strengthens brand visibility, builds customer demand, and supports business growth. As Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll guide integrated B2B and digital marketing, connect strategy to measurable outcomes, and align teams across the organization. Your impact: By turning customer and market insights into focused campaigns, you help sales teams reach qualified audiences and help customers discover relevant solutions.

Duties

• Set marketing priorities, oversee budgets, and lead marketing, advertising, or public relations teams.
• Direct multichannel marketing, content marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, email, and social media advertising campaigns.
• Guide marketing campaign and project management, advertising sales, product management collaboration, and cross-functional planning.
• Use research, analytics, web analytics reporting, and data-driven decision making to evaluate results and refine strategy.
• Oversee marketing automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and digital platforms; support search engine optimization (SEO), WordPress, and campaign execution.

Experience

• Demonstrated experience in marketing management, team leadership, and managing marketing, advertising, or public relations teams; B2B marketing experience is valuable.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, marketing automation, and implementing marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, CRM systems, HTML, and web analytics reporting.
• Content writing, copywriting, graphic design, and Adobe Creative Suite skills are useful; experience with print advertising is also welcome.
• Bring clear communication, budgeting, research, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
