Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Manage social media calendars using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
  • Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback, providing insights for ongoing campaign optimization.
  • Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to enhance content visibility across digital channels.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and other social platforms to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, refine strategies, and report on key metrics.
  • Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments and messages, fostering positive relationships and community growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and PR specialists to produce cohesive marketing materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing techniques to keep our strategies innovative.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Skilled in video editing tools for creating engaging multimedia content.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics platforms including Google Analytics.
  • Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns and other paid social media initiatives.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content creation.
  • Ability to develop effective branding strategies that resonate with target audiences across diverse channels.
  • Strong relationship management skills to engage influencers, partners, and community members effectively.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
