Hudson & Nine, a highly creative, boutique event design and production firm, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Founder & Creative Director. This role combines essential EA and personal support while offering exposure to the design, sales, and coordination work that supports leadership.

- Key Responsibilities *
Executive & Personal Support
Calendar, email, and schedule management
Personal errands and task coordination
Office organization and general administrative support
Project & Design Coordination
Research, vendor sourcing, product comparisons
Budgeting, cost tracking, and financial organization
Creating and managing complex spreadsheets
Assisting with decks, presentations, and mood boards
Client communication and meeting prep
On-site assistance at events and installs

This is a hands-on, in-person role requiring flexibility, impeccable taste, and a No-Ego “get it done” attitude.
- The Ideal Candidate Has *
2 years experience in event production, interior design, or creative operations
Strong MATH skills and financial intuition
Proficiency with Excel and comfort building detailed spreadsheets
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to craft beautiful presentations in PowerPoint
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
High aesthetic IQ, meticulous organization, and a passion for design
Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and anticipate needs
A collaborative spirit and willingness to wear many hats
- Requirements *
Full-time in-person work in NYC
On-site availability for nights and weekends for events, installs, and client meetings
Remote work is not applicable for this position
