Junior Marketing & Event Coordinator

Hyperkin Inc., a leading manufacturer of video game hardware and accessories, is seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Junior Marketing & Event Coordinator to join our team in Pomona, CA.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about gaming, social media, marketing, and event planning. You will help execute marketing campaigns, coordinate trade shows and events, support product launches, and grow our brand presence.

We are looking for a hands-on team player who takes initiative, pays attention to details, and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Social Media

Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.

Create, schedule, and manage social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.

Coordinate product photography, videos, promotional materials, and marketing assets.

Assist with influencer partnerships, giveaways, and digital marketing activities.

Monitor campaign performance and industry trends.

Event Planning & Coordination

Plan and coordinate trade shows, gaming conventions, product demonstrations, and company events.

Manage event logistics, including booth preparation, promotional materials, product samples, and vendor coordination.

Maintain event schedules, budgets, and deadlines.

Assist with on-site event setup, operations, and breakdown.

Coordinate post-event follow-ups and reporting.

Travel occasionally to support trade shows and events.

General Marketing Support

Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams.

Maintain marketing calendars and project schedules.

Assist with presentations, marketing materials, and administrative tasks.

Proactively contribute creative ideas to improve brand awareness and engagement.

Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or event coordination.

Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools is a plus.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.

Interest in gaming, consumer electronics, or technology is highly preferred.

Willingness to travel occasionally and assist with event setup.
