Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for planning, creating, executing, and analyzing content across social media platforms to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and support business objectives.

This position will primarily support our Amusement Division (arcade and mobile gaming), with occasional support for our Casino Gaming Division, helping ensure a consistent, compelling, and data-informed online presence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content aligned with brand strategy and marketing goals.
• Execute social campaigns that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and key initiatives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and campaigns across channels.
• Stay informed on emerging social media trends, platforms, and content best practices.
• Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and fostering audience relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms for a business or brand.
• Familiarity with video games and esports, particularly Golden Tee Golf.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Expertise in Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
• Strong writing, creative, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to develop original content ideas and execute them efficiently.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding of the arcade and mobile gaming industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with creative tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and InDesign is a plus.
