Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for executing and leading the digital strategies to drive awareness, new customer acquisition, increase the web traffic and identify growing opportunities within a digital environment.
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Own bidding strategies across Paid Search and Paid Social, optimizing toward ROAS, CPA, CPC, traffic, and revenue goals while balancing budget efficiency.
- Develop and manage full-funnel acquisition strategies across search, social, affiliate, and lifecycle marketing channels.
- Lead campaign structure development, audience segmentation, budget allocation, and pacing strategies across multiple digital platforms.
- Partner with agencies to optimize campaign architecture, keyword strategy, product feeds, audience targeting, creative testing, and bidding methodologies.
- Adapt global marketing initiatives to local market needs through audience insights, regional trends, cultural moments, and commercial priorities.
Measurement & Analytics
- Build and maintain executive dashboards and performance reporting using web analytics and platform reporting tools to measure traffic, conversion, revenue, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
- Define channel-specific KPIs and forecasting models to support monthly, quarterly, and annual business planning.
- Identify trends through audience, geographic, and product-level performance analysis to inform investment decisions.
- Conduct incrementality analyses, lift studies, and A/B testing to validate marketing effectiveness and optimize customer acquisition strategies.
- Prepare executive business reviews, performance updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Translate complex performance data into actionable business recommendations that influence commercial and marketing strategy.
Affiliate & Creator Commerce
- Manage affiliate platform integrations, commission structures, publisher onboarding, tracking validation, and performance optimization.
- Evaluate affiliate partner performance using traffic, conversion rate, AOV, incremental revenue, and customer acquisition metrics.
- Develop scalable creator commerce strategies leveraging affiliate technology, attribution, and commission-based partnerships.
SMS Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Own the SMS marketing program, developing market-specific messaging strategies and customer journeys tailored to local business priorities, trends, and merchandising needs.
- Create compelling SMS copy and campaign briefs, while identifying opportunities for new automations, triggered journeys, and promotional activations to drive engagement, traffic, and revenue.
- Analyze SMS performance and customer behavior to optimize messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness while ensuring alignment with broader omnichannel marketing initiatives.
Forecasting & Financial Management
- Develop monthly and annual investment forecasts across multiple digital channels while balancing commercial objectives, profitability, and growth targets.
- Manage and forecast multi-million-dollar digital marketing budgets across multiple markets while balancing traffic, revenue, ROAS, and profitability goals.
- Monitor campaign pacing and recommend budget reallocations based on performance trends, seasonality, inventory, and business priorities.
- Manage agency fees, media investment, and budget reconciliation across multiple markets.
Cross-Functional & Agency Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, external media agencies, affiliate networks, and strategic partners to ensure marketing initiatives align with business priorities.
- Partner cross-functionally with global and local stakeholders including Product, Stores, Communications, Legal, Creative, and international headquarters to develop integrated commercial strategies.
Campaign Execution & Marketing Operations
- Oversee campaign launches, creative approvals, and affiliate activations while ensuring alignment with inventory, promotional priorities, and market-specific needs.
- Support customer engagement initiatives across the digital ecosystem and continuously improve marketing processes and workflows.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Growth
- Analyze consumer trends, competitive activity, cultural shifts, and emerging retail innovations to identify opportunities that drive long-term growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, scale acquisition efforts, strengthen affiliate partnerships, and drive sustainable business growth.
E-commerce
- Optimize marketing investment based on product lifecycle, inventory availability, merchandising priorities, and seasonal demand.
- Partner with merchandising and commercial teams to align digital marketing strategy with product launches, commercial calendars, and business priorities.
Platform Expertise
- Manage campaigns and reporting across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, affiliate platforms, and CRM marketing technologies.
