We’re hiring an Event Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales, marketing, and leadership.

Spanish is required for this position. Perfect fluency isn’t necessary, but you should be comfortable communicating with Spanish-speaking customers during everyday interactions.

No previous marketing or sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching from the start.

What You’ll Do

• Represent our clients at promotional events and customer-facing locations
• Engage with customers and introduce available products and services
• Answer questions and help customers understand their options
• Assist with event marketing and promotional campaigns
• Build positive relationships with new and existing customers
• Work alongside the team to achieve individual and team goals
• Develop skills in sales, communication, marketing, and leadership
