Role Description
The Marketing & Communications Manager is a creative, outward-facing storyteller responsible for translating Inovis Energy’s mission, solutions, and impact into compelling content and real-world marketing execution. This role supports sales, strengthens brand presence, and builds meaningful engagement with customers, partners, and the broader energy community. This individual will work closely with the VP of Digital Strategy, sales leadership, and internal stakeholders to execute campaigns, create content, coordinate events, and ensure the Inovis Energy brand is consistently and professionally represented across channels.
This is an execution-focused, creative role with room to grow over time with diligence.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Storytelling
- Create meaningful social media posts, blog articles, and short-form content aligned to Inovis Energy’s ICPs, solutions, and customer challenges
- Develop case studies that highlight real projects, outcomes, and customer success
- Support updates to proposals, presentations, and core marketing collateral
- Organize and curate project photos, videos, and media assets for reuse
Sales Enablement & Collateral
- Produce and maintain marketing materials including flyers, brochures, postcards, one-pagers, and leave-behinds
- Collaborate with sales to provide tools that support outreach, meetings, and events
- Ensure messaging consistency across customer-facing materials
Events, Partnerships & Field Marketing
- Coordinate and attend in-person events, networking groups, sponsorships, and trade shows
- Assist with event logistics, signage, materials, and follow-up content
- Work closely with sales and leadership on event strategy and execution
Brand & Marketing Operations
- Order and manage branded materials and company swag
- Maintain and update existing marketing assets as offerings evolve
- Assist with website content updates (WordPress) and CRM coordination (HubSpot)
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Natural storyteller with an extroverted, collaborative personality
- Passion for energy efficiency, sustainability, emissions reduction, and customer impact
- Experience or familiarity with (preferred, not required):
o Canva
o HubSpot
o Microsoft Office / 365
o WordPress
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally for events and site visits
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Work Environment
- Hybrid / remote-friendly
- On-site travel required for events, customer visits, and internal collaboration
Salary Range
- $70,000 to $80,000 plus benefits and performance-based bonus
- Room for growth as the Company expands
