Overview
In this role, you will lead Growth Systems, the automation- and AI-driven backbone behind Intuit's multi-brand marketing and customer experiences. You'll scale processes, governance, and tooling to accelerate speed and accuracy across web, email, and campaigns, while driving monetization and cross-functional alignment. The position offers strategic influence, overseeing autonomous campaigns and a multi-million-dollar budget to enable new business models. You'll shape an AI-enabled customer journey at scale and partner across Marketing, Product, and Finance.

- Architect AI-powered automation and tooling to reduce manual effort and speed delivery
- Develop self-service capabilities for internal teams to access assets and workflows
- Own governance for customer experiences across web, email, and campaigns, including QA and issue resolution
- Audit and optimize campaign, web, and pricing outputs to improve velocity and reduce risk
- Define and own KPI and dashboard framework for Growth Systems; drive continuous improvement
- Manage a $20M+ budget including capacity planning and cost optimization
- Collaborate with Marketing, MarTech, Product, HR, Sales Ops, and Finance to enable new monetization models and support marketing goals across segments
- MBA and Engineering degree, or related technical background
- Experience leading large-scale cross-functional technical initiatives
- Subject Matter Expert in MarTech, monetization enablement, in-product discovery, web experiences, and direct marketing systems
- Strong technical depth in operational systems and process automation
- Experience driving growth via AI applications and optimization
