As Chief Brand Officer (CBO), you will define, lead, and execute the company’s global branding and marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the company’s identity, enhance its market positioning, and ensure the brand resonates across global stakeholders, investors, clients, and partners. This is a rare opportunity to drive brand strategy at the highest level, in a company shaping multi-billion-dollar energy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a world-class global brand strategy across energy trading, storage, and infrastructure operations.
- Define corporate identity, messaging, and brand guidelines to ensure consistent positioning across markets and stakeholders.
- Oversee marketing, communications, and thought leadership initiatives to enhance visibility with investors, clients, and strategic partners.
- Partner with the CEO, executive team, and business units to align branding with strategic objectives, commercial activities, and market expansion.
- Lead digital, social, and traditional campaigns that elevate the company’s profile in global energy markets.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance marketing and brand team.
- Provide executive-level insights on market perception, brand equity, and competitive positioning.

Candidate Profile
- Senior executive experience in global brand strategy, marketing, or communications within energy, infrastructure, or multinational corporations.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-impact brands recognized globally.
- Strong understanding of commercial strategy, investor relations, and market dynamics in energy or industrial sectors.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills with experience influencing C-level executives and boards.
- Ability to operate across geographies, cultures, and complex stakeholder environments.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Hebrew, French) advantageous.
