I. Position Overview

We are seeking a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) with strategic thinking, business acumen, and strong execution capabilities to take full responsibility for the company's growth strategy, business development, customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth.

This role involves working closely with the CEO and the senior management team to translate business objectives into actionable growth strategies and to build a sustainable, measurable, and scalable growth system.

The CGO is responsible not only for formulating growth plans but also for personally driving the implementation of key initiatives, including market entry, customer development, partnerships, brand building, sales growth, and the development of new business opportunities.

II. Key Responsibilities

1. Formulate Company Growth Strategy

Develop medium- to long-term growth plans aligned with the company's overall strategy.

Identify new markets, customer segments, product opportunities, and business models.

Establish annual and quarterly growth targets.

Analyze industry trends, the competitive landscape, and market opportunities.

Translate growth strategies into concrete execution plans and key performance indicators (KPIs).

2. Drive Revenue Growth

Lead the company's overall revenue growth strategy.

Build and optimize systems for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Collaborate with sales teams to improve sales efficiency and closing rates.

Identify new revenue streams and business models.

Establish a customer lifecycle management system to enhance long-term customer value.

3. Market Expansion

Develop strategies for expansion into US and international markets.

Identify high-potential target markets and customer segments.

Establish strategic partnerships, channels, and business alliances.

Drive the company's entry into new markets and business areas.

Participate in key business negotiations and strategic collaborations.

4. Build the Growth Team

Design the growth organization structure based on the company's development stage.

Recruit, develop, and manage teams across marketing, growth, business development, and related functions.

Define clear roles, performance metrics, and incentive mechanisms.

Foster a data-driven work culture.

5. Data Analysis and Growth Optimization

Establish a core growth KPI framework.

Regularly analyze metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), conversion rates, retention rates, and revenue growth.

Identify growth bottlenecks through data analysis.

Drive A/B testing, marketing experiments, and growth initiatives.

Continuously optimize growth strategies based on data insights.

6. Brand and Marketing

Collaborate with the marketing team to formulate brand and marketing strategies. Ensure brand positioning aligns with the company's business strategy.

Drive digital marketing, content marketing, social media initiatives, and industry events.

Enhance the company's market visibility and industry influence.

7. Cross-functional strategic collaboration

Maintain close collaboration with the CEO, COO, CFO, CTO, CMO, and heads of sales.

Coordinate resources across product, technology, sales, marketing, and operations.

Ensure all departments work towards unified growth objectives.

Regularly report growth progress, key metrics, and strategic recommendations to the CEO and the Board of Directors.

III. Qualifications

Essential Requirements

Over 20 years of experience in growth, business development, sales, marketing, or strategy.

Experience managing large teams or cross-functional teams.

Proven track record of building businesses from scratch (0 to 1) or driving scalable business growth.

Excellent business analysis and strategic planning capabilities.

Strong skills in business negotiation, communication, and relationship building.

Ability to make data-driven decisions and take accountability for final business outcomes.

Strong execution capabilities with the ability to translate strategy into tangible results.
