Responsibilities
- Lead targeted growth initiatives across priority segments, including one-to-many ABM programs.
- Design pilots to validate opportunities and build repeatable, scalable models.
- Collaborate with AIM on audience segmentation, targeting frameworks, and performance reporting.
- Evaluate programs, translate learnings into actionable optimizations across channels and regions.
- Coordinate with Segment Marketing Leads and Content/Analytics to align growth priorities with client needs.
- Create best practices, playbooks, and frameworks to ensure consistent execution of high-impact programs.
Key requirements
- Significant B2B marketing experience with multi-channel program optimization.
- Ability to design and run full-funnel programs for targeted accounts with measurable KPIs.
- Strong stakeholder management in a matrixed, global organization.
- Deep knowledge of marketing channels and relevant KPIs.
