KPMG is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Market Development Americas team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with regional marketing leads, onshore teams, and business stakeholders to execute multi-channel campaigns aligned with Advisory, Tax, and Audit priorities
- Curate, update, and maintain regional web pages and content repositories, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, brand consistency, and compliance with Risk/Office of the General Counsel (OGC) policies
- Partner with subject matter experts to script, produce, and distribute targeted multimedia assets (for example, ESG podcasts) across Latin America and the Americas region
- Lead the identification, drafting, validation, and governance of client case studies, win stories, and proof-of-experience assets across the Americas; Engage Partners, Managing Directors, and engagement teams to extract high-impact project outcomes and translate them into reusable RFP/proposal assets.
- Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate content drafting, interview transcription, translation, scripting, and asset transformation; establish, track, and report on regional campaign KPIs and deliver actionable insights and executive dashboards across member firms, US, and Global teams
- Oversee procurement, vendor coordination, and internal approvals using firm operational platforms (for example, Coupa, Sentinel, Brand Store) while adhering strictly to risk and independence guidelines; facilitate seamless collaboration across matrixed regional teams to ensure alignment on messaging, priorities, and shared deliverables
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum five years of recent integrated marketing B2B experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite, Copilot, and comfortable with an ever-expanding AI skill set
- Experience working with website development, content management, project management, strong communication skills, both written and verbal; understanding of when to work independently and when to pull in leadership is critical to this role
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred with an appreciation of and affection for working with other cultures is needed; demonstrated understanding of all aspects of the modern marketing wheelhouse
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences; capability to analyze and mitigate change and adoption risks; excellent project management skills with the ability to manage upwards and comfortable working with senior executives
