Keller Williams Main Line is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and strategic Marketing & Content Specialist to execute and support brokerage marketing initiatives under the direction of our Director of Marketing.
This role works directly beneath the Director of Marketing and is responsible for implementing strategy, executing campaigns, and managing day-to-day marketing deliverables across digital, social, recruiting, events, and lead generation.
This is a hands-on execution role with strong ownership over daily marketing activity, while aligning closely with the vision, strategy, and priorities set by the Director of Marketing.
The Marketing & Content Specialist will support and execute brokerage marketing initiatives across social media, agent marketing, recruiting content, website optimization, events, internal communications, and lead generation systems.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, creative, and comfortable both taking direction and independently managing execution once strategy is defined.
Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Execution (Under Director Oversight)
- Manage and execute social media content for KW Main Line
- Film, edit, and produce short-form and long-form video content
- Implement content strategies developed in collaboration with the Director of Marketing
- Maintain consistent brand standards and visual identity
- Create and manage a structured content calendar
- Track growth, engagement, and performance metrics and provide reporting insights
- Monitor platform updates and trends to support strategy adjustments
- Execute giveaways and engagement campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community partners
Agent, Recruiting & Brand Content Support
- Support agent-facing marketing campaigns and rollouts
- Assist in preparing agents and leadership for video shoots and content creation
- Capture and repurpose agent wins, testimonials, and success stories
- Help execute recruiting-focused content initiatives
- Assist with recruiting landing page updates and brand-aligned messaging
Graphic Design & Creative Support
- Assist with layout, formatting, and visual polish for marketing materials
- Support special campaigns, brokerage events, and seasonal initiatives
- Provide design support for brokerage projects and Design Studio initiatives
- Organize creative assets and maintain brand consistency
Website & Digital Marketing Execution
- Execute website updates and content refreshes
- Support blog posts, SEO content, and landing page builds
- Improve website lead capture (forms, CTAs, user flow)
- Build and maintain automated email drip campaigns
- Monitor website and campaign performance and implement optimizations
- Own and manage Google My Business profile (updates, review responses, optimization)
Events & In-Office Marketing
- Support marketing for brokerage events, recruiting initiatives, and sales meetings
- Capture photo and video content for recap and promotional use
- Assist with signage, printed assets, and post-event marketing
Brokerage Marketing Support & Internal Communications
- Execute internal email marketing and brokerage-wide communications
- Draft, schedule, and deploy newsletters and campaign emails
- Translate leadership initiatives into clear, timely marketing assets
- Ensure marketing initiatives are organized, proactive, and aligned with Director guidance
Lead Generation & Growth Support
- Support optimization of website lead capture systems
- Assist in improving landing pages and inbound conversion
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments
- Help segment and route incoming leads appropriately
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management
- Strong video editing & filming skills (short-form required)
- Graphic design proficiency (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Basic understanding of SEO and website optimization
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Comfortable taking direction while managing independent execution
- Real estate or brokerage experience is a plus, not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
