We are looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead and expand our sales organization. The VP of Sales will drive revenue growth, increase market share, and cultivate long-term relationships within the healthcare, life sciences, and research sectors. This executive will design and implement effective sales strategies, manage high-performing teams, and collaborate with leadership to strengthen our footprint in the medical and scientific equipment industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years in an executive role.
  • Demonstrated success in selling medical devices, laboratory equipment, healthcare supplies, or scientific consumables.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare and life sciences markets, including hospital procurement and research institutions.
  • Proven ability to build and lead sales organizations that consistently achieve revenue growth.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive relationship management skills.
  • Strategic thinker capable of executing in fast-paced, competitive environments.
