Role Overview

We are hiring a Social Media & Marketing Manager to own and execute marketing across retail locations and real estate assets.

This role supports

  • Store traffic & promotions
  • Brand visibility across markets
  • Real estate marketing (properties, leasing, acquisitions, and credibility)

This is not a “content-only” role — it is a growth and visibility role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profiles)
  • Create content for retail brands AND real estate assets (posts, reels, listings, announcements)
  • Market available properties, leases, acquisitions, and developments
  • Execute local and regional marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with store managers and real estate partners to capture content
  • Manage and optimize paid ads (Meta / Google – bonus)
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, leads, inquiries, traffic)
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all verticals
  • Support SMS, email, and WhatsApp campaigns as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in social media or digital marketing
  • Experience marketing local businesses or real estate preferred
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple brands and asset types
  • Organized, proactive, and execution-focused
  • Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
  • Bonus: Paid ads, analytics, listing promotion, or lead tracking experience
