Role Overview
We are hiring a Social Media & Marketing Manager to own and execute marketing across retail locations and real estate assets.
This role supports
- Store traffic & promotions
- Brand visibility across markets
- Real estate marketing (properties, leasing, acquisitions, and credibility)
This is not a “content-only” role — it is a growth and visibility role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profiles)
- Create content for retail brands AND real estate assets (posts, reels, listings, announcements)
- Market available properties, leases, acquisitions, and developments
- Execute local and regional marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with store managers and real estate partners to capture content
- Manage and optimize paid ads (Meta / Google – bonus)
- Track performance metrics (engagement, leads, inquiries, traffic)
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all verticals
- Support SMS, email, and WhatsApp campaigns as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in social media or digital marketing
- Experience marketing local businesses or real estate preferred
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Comfortable managing multiple brands and asset types
- Organized, proactive, and execution-focused
- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
- Bonus: Paid ads, analytics, listing promotion, or lead tracking experience
