through a General Manager / Owner P&L lens, linking marketing activities to tangible business and financial outcomes--including quarterly revenue and long-term value accretion.Align marketing competitors.Drive the brand in alignment with LTSE's growth and strategic priorities.Be accountable for key metrics that drive growth, including integrated marketing and sales pipeline management reporting.Lead Customer-Centric StrategyOversee all customer touchpoints to ensure a positive experience throughout the customer lifecycle and drive lifetime value.Infuse the voice of customers--founders, executives, investors--and ground strategies in their needs and aspirations.Lead or partner in Institutional Clients Relationship (B2B) Management to drive outcomes for Listed Clients.Lead with Strategic VisionArticulate a long-term vision and anticipate future challenges and opportunities.Develop and implement strategies that achieve organizational goals and disrupt the status quo from an informed view of the marketplace.Model an Enterprise MindsetBuild cross-functional partnerships across finance, sales, people, regulatory, operations, and technology to embed complex, matrixed organizations, with experience scaling a new business opportunity.Track record of P&L ownership, driving measurable business growth and brand transformation.Experience leading both digital and traditional marketing at scale.Experience as an institutional relationship manager.Previous experience directly responsible for the strategic marketing function of B2B and B2C companies.Financial services, technology, or mission-driven growth company background strongly preferred.10years leading Institutional Client Relationships at the C-Suite level and below.Demonstrated Compensation PhilosophyThe total rewards package for the CMO position includes a mix of base salary, stock options, benefits, and may include additional performance incentives.This position offers a
