Gown Boutique and Lucky Bride are seeking a results-driven, creative, and strategic Marketing Specialist/ Content Creator to lead and execute marketing initiatives across digital platforms. This role is responsible for driving customer engagement, increasing appointment counts, and elevating brand presence through intentional campaigns, content creation, and performance analysis.

The Marketing Specialist will work closely with leadership and external partners to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and are executed efficiently across all channels.

Key Responsibilities1. Appointment Generation & Campaign Management

  • Track and manage appointment volume.
  • Achieve monthly appointment goals based on business targets
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns with consistent messaging and clear differentiation
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain a monthly marketing calendar aligned with business priorities

2. External Partner Collaboration

  • SEO Management: Coordinate with the SEO agency to ensure 100% completion of monthly deliverables
  • PR Management: Partner with the PR firm to secure press placements and media coverage
  • Target: 5 media placements per quarter (or adjusted based on goals)

3. Customer & Store Communications

  • Create engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Facebook (including Stories)
  • Develop reels, tag-a-friend posts, and content highlighting the shop’s unique differentiators
  • Manage online reputation by responding to reviews, comments, and inquiries
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to improve engagement and conversions
  • Target: 10–15% conversion rate on marketing campaigns

4. Reporting & Strategy

  • Analyze ad performance to ensure efficient use of marketing spend
  • Provide weekly progress updates and detailed recaps following travel or special events
  • Host monthly strategy check-ins with leadership to review performance and adjust goals

5.Team Collaboration

  • Act as a Stylist Assistant 3 weekends per month and as needed for coverage
  • Liaise with service providers and vendors to coordinate marketing initiatives
  • Attend and recap special events for internal reporting and marketing use

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and content creation
  • Retail or bridal industry experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PR, digital marketing, and campaign strategy
  • Proficiency in Canva, and analytics platforms
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
