MangoPixel is looking for a creative and analytical Neuromarketing & Digital Growth Specialist to help us connect consumer behavior, neuroscience, data, and digital marketing.

This role will work closely with the CEO to turn neuromarketing insights into practical strategies that improve attention, engagement, customer experience, lead generation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Neuromarketing Content: Develop content using behavioral science, emotional triggers, attention principles, cognitive biases, and consumer psychology to create stronger engagement and brand recall.
  • Social & Paid Campaigns: Help develop and manage social media and paid advertising campaigns based on neuromarketing and audience insights rather than simply focusing on impressions and clicks.
  • Marketing Analytics: Build simple dashboards that track campaign performance, customer behavior, leads, conversions, engagement, and other KPIs to guide future marketing decisions.
  • Neuromarketing Workshops: Work directly with the CEO to research, prepare, organize, and support neuromarketing workshops, presentations, client audits, and educational content.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify potential clients, conduct outreach, follow up with leads, and help introduce MangoPixel's marketing and neuromarketing services.
  • Customer Experience: Communicate with prospects and existing customers, understand their needs, and help maintain strong client relationships.
  • Research & Strategy: Stay current on consumer behavior, AI, digital marketing, social trends, AEO, advertising, and emerging neuromarketing research and translate useful insights into client strategies.

What we're looking for

Someone who combines curiosity about human behavior with practical marketing ability. The right person should be comfortable creating content, analyzing data, communicating with clients, working with digital campaigns, and learning new technologies.

Experience or education in marketing, psychology, neuroscience, behavioral science, consumer research, communications, data analytics, or a related area would be valuable. Direct neuromarketing experience is helpful but doesn't have to be mandatory if she has the right foundation and willingness to learn.

For MangoPixel specifically, I would not make this purely a research position.

The differentiator should be

Understand the brain → develop the strategy → create the campaign → measure behavior → improve the next campaign.

That gives you someone who can eventually become your neuromarketing right hand, rather than someone who only produces research reports.
