Overview
In this role, you lead marketing for The Ritz-Carlton portfolio, shaping cross-cutting strategies with Sales and Revenue Management. You create and oversee marketing plans that drive topline revenue and support RevPAR/market share goals, while guarding brand integrity across digital channels and partnerships. You will manage internal and external communications and guide property-level activations aligned to brand standards. A key focus is optimizing digital presence and partnerships to unlock growth, with regular performance updates to executives.
Responsibilities- Develops and oversees the hotel marketing strategy and budget in line with business priorities
- Participates in Sales Strategy Meetings to align marketing with revenue goals
- Reconciles marketing plan with accruals/forecasts
- Leads brand repositioning and activation across properties
- Manages brand voice and ensures consistency across marketing
- Oversees property-level programming and activation in line with brand guidelines
- Drives continental/brand promotions and campaigns
- Collaborates with Revenue Management on promotions and digital strategy
- Manages property email marketing, digital presence, paid media and third-party sites
- Supports group lead generation and analyzes key marketing reports for strategy adjustments
- Oversees internal/external partners to ensure deliverables
- Develops and executes annual digital marketing and partnership plans to maximize revenue
- Oversees OTA strategy with Revenue Management
- Monitors/updates SEO in collaboration with MDS or agency
- Identifies digital marketing opportunities on third-party/local partner sites
- Sets messaging strategy for hotel/group and manages content
- Manages photography distribution, landing pages, and guest communications
- Sets partnership and PR strategies, manages agencies and events
- Identifies outlet marketing opportunities and defines F&B programming with the F&B Director
- Leads asset development (collateral, photoshoots) and measures campaign success
- Maintains relationships with GMs, Sales/Revenue Leaders, and external partners
- Completes other duties as assigned
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related major; 3 years in Marketing or related area OR 4-year bachelor's degree; 1 year in Marketing or related area
