Your Role and Impact.

As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will be vital in supporting our project management and marketing operations initiatives. This internship is a fantastic chance to gain practical experience in project coordination and enhance your skills in a dynamic environment.

This internship runs from early June to August and is fully remote.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing cross-functional marketing campaigns.
• Oversee assigned projects from initiation to successful launch.
• Help manage our project management platform (Wrike), including AI functionalities and reporting.
• Document marketing workflows, pinpoint bottlenecks, and contribute to automating manual tasks.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among various teams in Marketing Communications.
• Support strategic initiatives that align with and drive company goals.

What We're Looking For

• An undergraduate student nearing graduation, pursuing a degree in business or marketing, with a strong academic record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Results-driven mindset with proven organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The hourly rate for this role is $24.00, and decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, reflecting experience, skills, and education. This position may also qualify for performance-based incentives.

The salary range for this role is between $34,600 and $60,700, depending on various factors. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a total rewards package, including health benefits, tuition assistance, a 401K savings plan, and employee assistance programs.
