Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and enhance our brand presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. This role involves developing engaging campaigns, managing social listening tools, and analyzing web analytics to optimize our outreach. The successful applicant will play a key role in shaping our online identity, fostering community engagement, and driving e-commerce growth through targeted advertising and branding initiatives.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Manage social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling, monitoring, and engagement.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite) for graphic design and visual content production.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve organic reach and visibility in search engines.
- Implement Facebook Advertising campaigns and analyze their performance using Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
- Engage in social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Coordinate public relations efforts to enhance brand awareness and manage relationships with media outlets and influencers.
- Oversee branding initiatives ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
- Manage relationship building with followers, partners, influencers, and stakeholders to foster community growth.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
- Track campaign performance metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement in social media management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Creative Suite for visual content creation.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and Facebook Advertising.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and video editing techniques for content creation.
- Familiarity with social listening platforms and public relations strategies.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading detail.
- Ability to analyze data insights to inform strategic decisions in branding and digital marketing efforts.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute education requirements. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,878.21 - $75,000.00 per year
