The Meta Reality Labs Channel Product Marketing Organization plays a crucial role in unlocking new channels and reducing sales friction. Our Channel Product Marketing Team influences early-stage product development and roadmaps, crafts impactful go-to-market (GTM) plans, and drives growth within the ecosystem. Exciting times lie ahead as we expand our Wearables Product Marketing Team, following the positive response to the Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses and our growing portfolio. We are eager to find a talented Channel Product Marketing Manager to lead GTM strategy and execution for Meta's next-generation devices, focusing on establishing Connectivity within our retail ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to boost adoption and conversion of connected devices through global Telco, retail, and ecommerce channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement programs that enhance the customer journey and improve conversion rates.
  • Develop a strategic framework to align teams and leadership around key objectives and metrics.
  • Elevate customer education and create engaging in-store/online experiences, introducing innovative demonstrations that drive purchase intent for connected products.
  • Define essential elements including audience segmentation, value proposition, product positioning, promotional strategy, pricing, distribution, and market prioritization for Connectivity.
  • Synthesize performance data and customer insights to continuously refine the path to purchase and inform future GTM strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Consumer Electronics or Telco, focusing on driving sales and business growth for Connectivity.
  • Proven track record in setting strategy and executing net-new initiatives.
  • Ability to synthesize insights and translate them into actionable plans that achieve business goals.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and external partners on high-impact campaigns.
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional, matrixed environments with a high degree of ambiguity.
  • Skilled in creating executive-level documents and presentations tailored for leadership audiences.
  • Background working across diverse sales distribution channels such as online, brick-and-mortar, and partner-led.
  • BA/BS degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Consumer Electronics hardware, partnerships, and channel execution.
  • Able to influence teams to deliver first-of-their-kind initiatives, utilizing goal-setting and stakeholder communication.
  • 7+ years in product marketing and/or technology.
  • MS/MBA degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation

$160,000/year to $224,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
