We are partnering with a fast-growing, performance-driven consumer company to hire a Marketing Designer to support high-impact creative across digital and physical channels. This role will play a key part in shaping visual storytelling for a modern consumer brand, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing, paid social, and short-form video.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on designer to own conversion-focused creative, collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, and contribute to the evolution of a bold, premium brand in a high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead creative design initiatives across multiple marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency and visual cohesion
- Design and produce high-performing paid social creative, with a strong focus on short-form video, motion, and static assets optimized for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Edit and repurpose raw video footage into polished, conversion-focused assets for ads, social, and digital experiences
- Transform creator- and influencer-generated content into scalable, on-brand marketing assets for paid and organic use
- Collaborate with creators, talent, and internal teams to source, refine, and elevate content into performance-ready creative
- Concept, design, and deliver creative assets across digital and print channels including social, email, web, display, OOH, packaging, and more
- Help evolve and maintain the brand’s visual identity, ensuring creative remains premium, consistent, and performance-oriented
- Build and expand design systems, templates, and guidelines to enable speed and scalability without sacrificing quality
- Support performance marketing efforts through rapid creative iteration informed by data, testing, and insights
- Design creative for e-commerce experiences and product pages with a strong focus on UX and conversion
- Manage timelines and priorities across multiple projects while maintaining a high creative bar
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to align on scope, feedback, and deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in marketing design, graphic design, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on performance-driven creative
- A portfolio showcasing paid social, video, motion, and growth-focused design work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Hands-on experience with video and motion tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar
- Proven ability to turn raw footage or creator content into polished, high-performing marketing assets
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and their application to digital and e-commerce experiences
- Experience designing for e-commerce or direct-to-consumer environments
- Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments that prioritize testing and optimization
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality visual execution
- Ability to balance creativity with data-informed decision-making
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
