In this role you drive growth opportunities for by turning business goals and customer insights into measurable experiments and journey improvements. You will partner with product marketing, UX, analytics, engineering, media, and agencies to activate tests and scale successful growth approaches. The role blends customer empathy with analytical rigor to influence strategy, test-and-learn practices, and revenue outcomes. You'll work in a cross-functional setting to deliver impact across a portfolio, shaping how we engage and convert priority audiences. This position offers the chance to influence large-scale customer journeys within a leading AI-powered platform.

Responsibilities
  • Identify high-impact growth levers across priority businesses and journeys using goals, data, research, and market signals
  • Develop repeatable growth strategies and playbooks linking audience, value proposition, content, channel, journey, and conversion objectives
  • Diagnose performance with analytics, telemetry, and qualitative insights and translate findings into actionable growth recommendations
  • Collaborate with experimentation managers to translate growth levers into testable opportunities and scale proven approaches
  • Influence site managers, product marketing, UX, analytics, engineering, media, and agency partners to embed growth levers into plans and experiences
  • Set clear success metrics, track adoption and impact, and refine playbooks and investment decisions through feedback loops
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, experimentation, conversion optimization, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, web strategy, analytics, product management, or related field
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Experience in a large, matrixed organization coordinating with agencies or distributed teams
  • Ability to communicate complex analysis and recommendations clearly to teams and stakeholders
  • Experience translating objectives and insights into growth plans, campaigns, journeys, or measurable experiments
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to influence decisions
