<p>As a Digital Media Specialist at Monks, you will play a pivotal role in delivering best-in-class media solutions across Managed Media, Advisory, and R&A workstreams. You will be responsible for driving high-quality media executions, fostering strong client relationships, and proactively contributing to internal initiatives and innovation. Operating with a strong sense of self-leadership, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellence in service delivery, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.</p>
<h3><strong>Role Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead and support the delivery of contracted media products and services across key platforms. This focuses on delivering programs of work related to research/insights, strategy and measurement to all assigned clients.</li>
<li>Maintain high attention to detail and adhere to SLA expectations.</li>
<li>Execute delivery across Managed Media, Advisory, and Resale & Activation, with leadership support as required.</li>
<li>Maintain strong relationships with client operational teams.</li>
<li>Own and manage a client plan and participate in (or lead) client meetings.</li>
<li>Deliver value-led engagements and represent Monks effectively in all interactions.</li>
<li>Manage personal deliverables and time effectively while contributing to a high-performance team culture.</li>
<li>Proactively participate in team meetings, initiatives, and knowledge-sharing.</li>
<li>Provide feedback to leadership with proactive solutions on operational improvements.</li>
<li>Manage mock billing and assist with troubleshooting invoice issues</li>
<li>Support accurate forecasting and ensure Salesforce and EOM compliance.</li>
<li>Identify existing client growth opportunities and manage them within Salesforce.</li>
<li>Understand and apply the scoping calculator and SOW/legal processes.</li>
<li>Engage in partner feedback forums and maintain current platform certifications.</li>
<li>Collaborate with partner client teams with leadership support where relevant.</li>
<li>Assist in onboarding new team members and contribute to internal cultural initiatives.</li>
<li>Provide feedback on resourcing allocations and contribute to internal initiatives and mentoring.</li>
<li>Attend industry events and collaborate with leadership to create case studies.</li>
<li>Share insights and learning across the team from client work and market research.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Experience:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Proven media experience across digital platforms, ideally within a media agency or consultancy environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage client-facing engagements and deliver to contract requirements.</li>
<li>Experience working with financial systems, media forecasting, time tracking and billing.</li>
<li>Experience using Salesforce is a plus.</li>
<li>Proactivity, curiosity, and strong time management.</li>
<li>Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with a 'what’s next' mindset.</li>
<li>Proficient in self-prioritisation and capable of managing multiple workstreams.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.</li>
<li>Strong presentation and communication skills.</li>
<li>Adept at both contributing to and leading internal initiatives.</li>
