EVENT TEAM LEAD (Orlando) – $18/hr + Commission | Weekends + Some Weekdays

Looking for a motivated, confident leader who can run our event booth team in the Orlando area! If you’re outgoing, dependable, and know how to coach a team to hit goals—this is for you.

As an Event Team Lead, you’ll oversee our brand ambassadors at local events (home shows, festivals, retail events, etc.) and help drive appointments for free in-home estimates and our Home Improvement Sweepstakes.

✅ What You’ll Do

Lead and manage a small team at events in the Orlando market

Set up and maintain a clean, professional booth/table display

Coach team members on scripting, approach, and objections

Engage homeowners and generate interest (no hard selling)

Help customers sign up for

Free in-home estimates

Home Improvement Sweepstakes entries

Track results and report daily performance

Work closely with our call center and management team

$18/hr + Commission / Bonuses

📅 Schedule

Most events are Saturday & Sunday

Some events include Monday–Tuesday

Occasional Friday mid-day / event setup may be required

✅ Requirements

Must be reliable and professional

Strong communication & leadership skills

Comfortable talking to the public and coaching others

Valid Driver’s License required

Ability to stand/walk during events
